Before you ask.
How is membership purchased?
In person, with a Keystone advisor. Membership is not sold online and there is no self-signup — an advisor meets you, explains the plan, and completes enrolment on the spot using the Keystone app.
What does a membership year mean?
Your membership runs in yearly cycles from the date your enrolment completes. Each cycle carries its own entitlement of six nights and seven days.
Do unused nights carry forward?
No. Nights that go unused lapse at the end of that membership year and cannot be moved into a later one. Five-year members can, however, draw on the following year's nights ahead of time.
How do I book a stay?
You raise a vacation request in the app with a destination and dates. A member of our team calls you, puts the stay together, and enters the confirmed booking once you have approved it. Nights are deducted at that point, not when you make the request.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the tenure and the payment option you choose, and is explained in full by your advisor before anything is signed. Message us and we will arrange a conversation.
Are flights included?
No. Membership covers hotel accommodation and the breakfast inclusion in your plan. Flights, transport and sightseeing are arranged separately — your advisor can help organise them, but they are not part of the membership.
